ABOUT TOM PATTERSON
Committed to your authenticity and effectiveness.
Tom Patterson is an ICF Credentialed Leadership Coach, specializing in helping you get a handle on being the leader of your own life--then translating that clarity into how you engage in the leadership of others.
Tom also trains teams online, on-site and off-site (except during the odd pandemic) in how to make small shifts for maximum impact in creating a highly collaborative and productive environment. These workshops are fun for the participants, fun for Tom, and game-changing, in terms of how you and your team will experience your work together in a whole new way.
His vocational background includes having been a Presbyterian pastor for over 20 years. This has given him a wealth of experience in dealing with issues of self-management, conflictual relationships, stress, work/life balance, and clarity of mission. He brings that experience to his clients across a wide range of industries (including high tech, healthcare, academic, religious, professional services, construction, government contracting, tribal corporations, and more).
